Rooms for guests
During the vacation months – and during the academic year if available – our Kolpinghaus on Campus Krems is a popular and sought-after vacation destination for guests of the Wachau region. Divided into two spacious buildings, we have 145 single rooms and 62 twin rooms, of which eight rooms are barrier-free and two are equipped as premium double rooms.
Individual travelers and travel groups up to 260 people are welcome in our house!
Even outside the summer months, you’re welcome to contact us with a room request. Depending on availability, we rent vacant rooms to guests on a daily basis during the year as well.
Sorry, pets are not allowed in our Kolpinghaus!
We are a non-smoking house, so smoking is generally prohibited.

All prices include breakfast (buffet), SAT-TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and sales tax, plus accommodation tax of €2.50 per person/night; children younger than 15 are exempt from the accommodation tax.
Underground parking spaces can be used for the duration of the stay at a price of € 6 per day and 2 parking spaces with e-charging station are available for € 7 per day (all subject to availability). We ask for prior reservation.
During the academic year, single rooms are not available for daily rentals, so we can offer only twin rooms for single use!
Students at the Campus Krems receive special conditions upon presentation of their matriculation number if their stay serves study purposes.

Our guest rooms are rented without dishes!
The two premium double rooms “Adolph Kolping” and “Ludwig Zack” offer our guests the greatest possible comfort. The rooms with a view of Göttweig Abbey or the garden are equipped with two box spring beds that can be put together to form a double bed if desired. A comfortable sofa chair with a floor lamp completes the ensemble, and the bathrooms are equipped with a hotel hairdryer. There are no kitchenettes in these two rooms, but a mini-fridge is provided.
Barrier-free living
Eight twin rooms are equipped barrier-free. These rooms have living spaces of about 25 to 30 m². All sanitary rooms are barrier-free and have emergency call equipment.
Barrier-free parking spaces are also available in our underground garage.
Breakfast
For vacationers and guests, the breakfast buffet is included in the overnight price.
Our breakfast offerings consist of fresh rolls, two kinds of bread, cereals, cornflakes, yogurt, at least four different kinds of sausage and cheese, Nutella, various jams, butter and margarine. The offer is rounded off by seasonal vegetables from the region such as peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. Coffee, different kinds of tea, orange juice and cocoa complete our breakfast buffet!
Would you like to have breakfast in the Kolpinghaus although you’re not a resident?
For only € 5 you can enjoy our entire breakfast buffet! For groups, however, we ask for advance notification!
For undisturbed business breakfasts there is also a room that is separated from the cafeteria and of course has free Wi-Fi.
We are happy to open our cafeteria for in-house groups (20 persons or more) for lunch or dinner, in cooperation with a caterer. If you are interested, we ask you to register in advance!
