We consider data protection to be of fundamental importance. This privacy notice sets out our policy on personal data that we process. This privacy notice also identifies how you can contact us regarding any questions or concerns you might have. Personal data provided voluntarily when filling out forms is subject to the Data Protection Act. By transmitting your data (title, name, address, email address, date of birth, etc.) you give Kolping Campus Krems GmbH your consent to store and use those data or pass them on to other Austrian regional Kolping organizations for the purpose of information about their activities and projects to be supported.
You may withdraw your consent to the use of data at any time, in writing or by telephone, without using a specific form (see “Withdrawal”).

We collect the following information

• Information you give us:
  We collect and store all information that you enter on our website via a form or otherwise provide to us (such as by telephone, email, or in person). These include but are not limited to: Form of address (gender), title, first and last names, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth. 
• As part of our normal office activities, we also store any email correspondence with you. The storage takes place in our mail program (Outlook); emails that aren’t needed are archived or deleted periodically. 
• Automatic information: If you contact us by form on the website, in person, by telephone or by email, we will store and use the data you provide for (i) the period provided by law or (ii) until the respective purpose for providing the specific data no longer exists, to process the request and in case you have follow-up questions. We will not pass on those data without your consent.
  We also use cookies and receive certain information when your web browser opens this website that is provided on other websites by or on behalf of Kolping Campus Krems GmbH. That information includes your IP address and IP location; referrer URL (the previously and subsequently visited website); number, duration and time of views (your interaction with the website); search engines and keywords you used to find us; browser type, screen size and operating system. The collected data are stored only in aggregated form, so they cannot be assigned to an individual.  

Withdrawal, changes, corrections, updates and right to information

In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right at any time to obtain information about your personal data stored by us. To that end, you might be required to prove your identity in a suitable form. You may also have incorrect or incomplete personal data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR); have their processing restricted or – apart from a mandatory data agreement for business processing – erased (Art. 17 GDPR); or have them transferred (Art. 20 GDPR). Under Art. 21(2) and (3) GDPR, you also have the right to object to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing, with effect for the future. You have no right to information about other people’s data.

If you take measures to enforce your above-mentioned rights under the GDPR, Kolpinghaus Campus Krems and Kolping Austria will state their position on the requested measure or comply with the request without undue delay (but no later than one month after receiving your request). If compelling legal reasons prevent us from erasing your data, we will notify you immediately.
