Collecting, processing, and forwarding personal data
All the personal data you give us as a user of our website will be treated confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the national Austrian data protection regulations and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties without your express consent in individual cases.
Personal data provided voluntarily when filling out forms is subject to the Data Protection Act. By transmitting your data (title, name, address, email address, date of birth, etc.) you give Kolping Campus Krems GmbH your consent to store and use those data or pass them on to other Austrian regional Kolping organizations for the purpose of information about their activities and projects to be supported.
You may withdraw your consent to the use of data at any time, in writing or by telephone, without using a specific form (see “Withdrawal”).
We collect the following information
- Information you give us:
We collect and store all information that you enter on our website via a form or otherwise provide to us (such as by telephone, email, or in person). These include but are not limited to: Form of address (gender), title, first and last names, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth. - As part of our normal office activities, we also store any email correspondence with you. The storage takes place in our mail program (Outlook); emails that aren’t needed are archived or deleted periodically.
- Automatic information: If you contact us by form on the website, in person, by telephone or by email, we will store and use the data you provide for (i) the period provided by law or (ii) until the respective purpose for providing the specific data no longer exists, to process the request and in case you have follow-up questions. We will not pass on those data without your consent.
We also use cookies and receive certain information when your web browser opens this website that is provided on other websites by or on behalf of Kolping Campus Krems GmbH. That information includes your IP address and IP location; referrer URL (the previously and subsequently visited website); number, duration and time of views (your interaction with the website); search engines and keywords you used to find us; browser type, screen size and operating system. The collected data are stored only in aggregated form, so they cannot be assigned to an individual.
Withdrawal, changes, corrections, updates and right to information
You may at any time withdraw your consent to the use of data or demand changes, corrections, and updates to the data, in writing (datenschutz@kolping.at) or by telephone +43 1 587 35 42, without using a specific form.
In accordance with the provisions of data protection law, you as the data subject have the following rights and remedies:
In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right at any time to obtain information about your personal data stored by us. To that end, you might be required to prove your identity in a suitable form. You may also have incorrect or incomplete personal data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR); have their processing restricted or – apart from a mandatory data agreement for business processing – erased (Art. 17 GDPR); or have them transferred (Art. 20 GDPR). Under Art. 21(2) and (3) GDPR, you also have the right to object to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing, with effect for the future. You have no right to information about other people’s data.
If you take measures to enforce your above-mentioned rights under the GDPR, Kolpinghaus Campus Krems and Kolping Austria will state their position on the requested measure or comply with the request without undue delay (but no later than one month after receiving your request). Disclaimer
The information you will find on this website has been carefully compiled and checked to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, we make no guarantee that the information provided is complete, correct, up to date, has a certain quality, or is always available.
We expressly reserve the right to alter, supplement, delete, or temporarily or permanently stop publishing any or all of the website without separate notification.
Copyright
The layout of the homepage, the graphics used, and the texts and images are protected by copyright. The copyright for published and self-created images, graphics, etc. (…) remains solely with the author or with Kolpinghaus on the Campus Krems and Kolping Austria.
These elements may not be reproduced, broadcast, made available, performed or recited, nor translated, edited or processed without the express written consent of Kolpinghaus Campus Krems or Kolping Austria.
Links / Internet pages of third parties
This website also contains links or references to third-party websites. Those links to the websites of third parties do not constitute an approval of their content by the publisher. We assume no responsibility for the availability or content of such websites and no liability for damage or injuries resulting from the use of such content. The links to other websites merely provide users with access to the use of the content. The provider of the linked page is solely liable for illegal, incorrect, or incomplete content, and for damage incurred by using the information.
Integration of third-party services and content
Third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds, or graphics from other websites, might be integrated into these online services. This always presupposes that the providers of that content (the “Third-Party Provider”) perceive the users’ IP addresses. Because they would not be able to send contents to the respective user’s browser without an IP address. So an IP address is required to show those contents. We try to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content. However, we have no influence over whether the third-party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example.
Use of cookies
This website uses temporary cookies. Users can block the installation of cookies, but this might prevent them from using all the website’s functions to their full extent.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies: text files that are stored on your computer and allow us to analyze how you use our website. The information the cookie generates about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use that information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for the website operators, and render other services related to website activity and internet use. Google may also transfer that information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process those data on behalf of Google. Google will not combine your IP address with other Google data. You can change your browser settings to reject the use of cookies, but doing so might prevent you from using all of this website’s functions to their full extent.
You can find more information in the Google Privacy Center.
